Return Policy
At Astonishing Discovery Online, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our return policy carefully to understand our procedures for returning or exchanging items.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Sale items and custom-made or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: If you wish to return an item, please email us at astonishing.discovery@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant photos if there is a defect or issue with the product.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item. All returns should be shipped to the following address:

  3. Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item unless it was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and mention in your email that you would like an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at astonishing.discovery@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items on sale or purchased with a discount
  • Gift cards
